Notes on standard shipping:

If you order by 10 a.m., we will process your order on the same day. However, this only applies from Monday to Friday, provided that your order has been released (you can find more about the release of orders under the payment methods ) and provided that all items ordered are available. The concrete delivery time of the parcel service provider can be found in the tables below.

Shipping to islands:Unfortunately, we cannot offer DPD standard shipping to the following postal code areas because they are islands. Please select DHL for the appropriate shipping address:

Delivery to a packing station:

If you want your order to be sent to a DHL Packstation, please select the DHL shipping method. Enter the number of the packing station, your DHL customer number and the postal code of the packing station.

Shipment tracking:

Once your goods have been shipped, you will usually receive the package number by e-mail together with the invoice. You can use this number to track the progress of the shipment online on the website of the shipping service provider. In addition, we will keep you informed of the current shipping status by email. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.

Neutral shipping to your customers on your behalf:

If you want neutral shipping to a different delivery address, please always select "Standard shipping". A neutral delivery is not possible with DHL.

Note on DPD shipping to islands and the like, which is subject to a surcharge:

When shipping to some islands and some regions abroad, DPD charges surcharges that cannot be calculated automatically. We therefore reserve the right to recalculate shipping costs for these areas.
